MAJA DROETTO

The work Wonderwood was part of the exhibition Growing Eternal at Konsnärshuset in Stockholm. The exhibition was conceived by the group Perpetuum Mobile that consisted of the artists Tomas Ferm, Eliana Ivarsdotter-Haddad, Sara Lännerström, Bo Melin and Maja Droetto.

A big trolly with two angled mirrors is wheeled across the parquet floor by the visitor, creating an ever changing intarsia illusion, a subtle landscape of expansion or contraction.
